It’s 4 easy steps!

  All you need to do is to fill out the entry form by clicking on Author’s Club.

  Click on the link that says Register here.

  Fill out the entry form
• Step 4
  Upload your entry in the link that says ‘upload document’

NB* All entries must be submitted before July 31st 2008. An assessment of each piece will be done during the month of August and should end on 30th.2008. Entries and all materials submitted will be voted on via on-line by readers. Entries attracting a minimum of 300 readers will enter the WINNERS CIRCLE.

Successful entries will enter the ‘WINNERS CIRCLE’. From the winners circle a grand Author will be selected and he or she will be;

• On all Websites belonging to and/or affiliate with CAREIF ltd.
• In our newsletter / magazine/ news reel
• Able to generate income from that which he or she entered within the competition, in the form of royalties.

Rules & Regulations

Eligibility
To enter the SIR AND LADY AUTHORS, writers must acknowledge the rules and regulations of the competition. Please note that each entry must be classified into one of the following categories;

Only one entry per category is allowed. Each entry requires its own entry form.

Writers whose work has been professionally published or frequently in periodical or media production may NOT enter the SIR AND LADY AUTHOR’S competition.

Entries must be the original, unpublished work of the writer, and must not have been accepted for publication or submitted elsewhere.

Manuscripts
The writer's real name should appear on the manuscript. This is in an effort to protect the author from plagiarism.

Manuscripts should be typed on (8 1/2 x 11 inch) paper, double-spaced (except poetry), with at least a one inch margin on all sides. We encourage you to number each page in order of appearance, in the upper right-hand corner. Copyright remains with the author.

For promotional purposes, you are allowed to submit a one-paragraph description of yourself. If you have previous writing credits, please mention them.

* Entrants submit their material at their own risk. Failure to meet all rules & regulations will result in the disqualification of the entry.
